Mr. James Hunnicutt is a prior US Airforce Non-Commissioned Officer originally from North Carolina and moved to The Bahamas in 2021. Mr. Hunnicutt has over 19 years of experience in utilities management, including professional utilities licenses: NC Grade A Well Water Treatment License; NC Grade A Surface Water Treatment License; NC Grade A Water Distribution Operation License; NC Cross Connection ORC License; NC Grade 2 Physical/Chemical Treatment License; NC Grade 4 Sewer Collections License; Certificate in Project Management from UNCW; Project Management Professional; ICS-100, 200, 300, 700.

Senior Director of Water Plants
Originally from San Salvador, Mr. Dale Marche began his career on Paradise Island over four decades ago as part of the install crew for the Coral Towers central plants/boilers. Mr. Marche was promoted throughout his career with Atlantis and PIU, including leadership roles at Atlantis and PIU and recognized as a Leader of the Year. His experience and expertise include Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing, as well as Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment, Sewer Collections and Traditional Wastewater Treatment.

Director of Water Plants
Mr. Dominic Carey started his career with PIU in 2021. He is originally from Eleuthera with a background in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration, Reverse Osmosis Plant Operations, Industrial and Small Motor Repairs as well as Single Phase Electrical repairs. His previous work experience includes Coca-Cola (Caribbean Bottling Co.), Purity Bakery/Snack Food & Aquapure. Mr. Carey oversees daily operations and maintenance of PIU. Certificates include:
Industrial Training College - Air conditioning and Refrigeration; Ferris State University - Refrigerant Transition & Recovery with a Universal status required by 40 CFR Part82, Subpart F; Eximport & Barter - post mix installation, maintenance sanitation, production & Quality Control; Charles Smith & Associates - Retrofit and Refrigeration; Coca-Cola/Barcardi Co. - Quality control and preventative maintenance.
